How do I track my order?
 

Tracking numbers will always be provided with every order when your purchase is on its way!  Please allow 3 - 5 business days for NEW ARRIVALS due to vast selections through various vendors. *Preorders: Estimated arrival dates are always listed in product description.  However, the fastest shipping option is always this boutique's first choice and most items arrive sooner.  Unfortunately, there may be delays directly from shipping courier (this is beyond the SHOP L.A. OWENS control). Please note:  quantities sell out fast!

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Priority mail/ USPS shipping (3-5 business days once shipped).  UPS 1 -3 days.

CANDLE CARE
 

Please be sure to trim the wick prior to each burn to maximize burning hours. *Candles are all sales final unless owner has agreed to a return.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

A tracking number will be provided with every fulfillment order.

Do you provide International delivery?
