How do I track my order?
 

Tracking numbers will always be provided with every order when your purchase is on its way!  Please allow 3 - 7 business days for NEW ARRIVALS due to vast selections through various vendors. *Preorders: Estimated arrival dates are always listed in product description.  However, the fastest shipping option is always this boutique's first choice and most items arrive sooner.  Unfortunately, due to covid at times there may be delays directly from shipping courier (this is beyond the SHOP L.A. OWENS control). Please note:  Quantities SELL FAST.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Priority mail/ USPS shipping (3-5 business days once shipped).  However, due to covid shipping may be delayed to postal demands and limited staff through various vendors.

How do I return an item?
 

Exchange only policy on all apparel (dress, tops, pants, rompers, jumpers, shorts, skirts).  Item must not show worn. *Return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless agreed upon by the seller. All accessories (earrings, sunglasses, necklaces and shoes) final sale, no refund/exchanges.  *Shipping and handling will be at the customer's expense for all returns unless agreed upon by seller.  Please note:  All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure the best quality is sent to all customers the first shipment.  Customer satisfaction is always the goal.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

A tracking number will be provided with every fulfillment order.

Do you provide International delivery?

What is your returns policy?
 

Customer satisfactory is priority.  Exchanges only are available for items unworn, if there is an issue with sizing or defect in item.  All accessories are final sale, no returns are accepted.  All items are carefully inspected prior to shipments.

 

**ALL "$25 & Under Dollar Days sales" items are final sales (no returns).

Fabric Care?

 

For the best results and lasting of fashions, it is highly recommended that you steam your wear and hand wash in cold water.  This will ensure a lasting of color and integrity of the fabric.
